Baymont by Wyndham Beaumont

The amenities were acceptable, ie, wifi and TVs. The rooms are actually pretty well appointed. Ours had a kitchenette and the bathrooms are pretty nice, as well. The staff were the true gems. Everyone on site we dealt with were very helpful and super friendly. That breakfast bar, YO! Very tasty!

The staff was simply amazing! The issues that came up such as slow wifi connections and zero internet I attribute to the snow storms. The room was very clean and breakfast was amazing. They even extended coffee and tea service to accommodate everyone on the exceptionally cold day. They allowed me to work in the lobby for a couple of hours in the afternoon so my husband could watch TV. They immediately gave us a downstairs room and welcomed our senior dog. Would definitely stay here again. Special shout to Kira (spelling) the night time clerk who checked us in and Jelis who on Sunday made me feel so welcome in the lobby!

I travel to work in this area weekly and this is my third time staying here; the rooms are very clean, spacious, and has a small kitchenette with cookware provided. The breakfast is always hot, fresh, and there’s a variety of hot food to choose from. I feel very safe as opposed to other hotels nearby. The ladies there make you feel like family; I was eating my breakfast in their lobby area and every time someone would check out, the clerk would ask if they ate or say “make sure you get food before you leave”. Just true southern hospitality from every worker there.

Man the staff is 100 and it's quiet didn't have to worry about nobody knocking on my door or even the office ringing my phone about something. The rooms are very clean very well put together with KitchenAid and dishes and cookware to cook with. I've stayed there three weekends in a row, I'm planning on staying there more.

Customer service was top notch, rooms are recently renovated, beds comfy and pillows plush! The breakfast was better than any I've had at a motel too. It included eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, grits, oatmeal, muffins, cereal and plenty of juice, coffee and hot chocolate. Will def stay again if in the area!

I didn’t get anyone’s name unfortunately but this place was literally amazing. The staff was friendly, the rooms were so clean. The king suite was perfect for traveling with young kids who go to bed early and the kitchen was nice for having meals in house. The location was near all of the local attractions and the even though it was near a busy road it was very quiet. Did not use the pool in the winter but the breakfast was hot and delicious. Not to mention even though the interior is brand new they still only charge the least amount of Wyndham rewards points per night.

The ladies here are the main reason for the 5 star! Shantel and her colleague (she was leaving for the day so I didn't catch her name) were so accommodating, she even had my room up and waiting when she saw me since I uploaded my ID to the booking. My husband popped in asking for a room on the other side of the hotel not facing the freeway and they were so accommodating even when the computer gave them trouble. There was a glitch when she tried to change my room from what I booked to the room on the back side but she managed it successfully and was very professional and efficient! There were plenty of people frequenting the hotel but it stayed very quiet. Our room was clean and you could smell it; I would recommend toning the scent down, my water bottle and the water inside tasted and smelled like the room scent so badly I had to pour it out but I know people are psycho about cleanliness after the plandemic so I'm sure it's not complained about by most. The room had a full sized refrigerator which was great and we even had a 2 burner stove with stainless steel and glass pots! It was an unexpected luxury and we have yet to find another hotel with those amenities for such a great price! We had a great stay, so much so we booked another Baymont Wyndham in Midway/Tallahassee that was the absolute worst experience of our lives. Feel free to go to that locations Google site to hear all about our experience but I don't want to taint this review with the negativity of that location. Thank you Shantel and her coworker (again, she was leaving and had her jacket on so I couldnt read her name tag) for helping me as I was in a very stressful state after finding my baby boy pet had fallen ill and I was told he wouldn't make the trip to our new home so my emotions were running high and I was devastated but they made my day and the place was LOVELY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

Everything was excellent... from the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the room and breakfast. The young lady on the night shift was so excellent when we checked In. She had everything ready and waiting for us. The room was cleanand the beds comfy. I would only choose to stay here every time I'm in Beaumont .
